Service description
HIPAA AI Readiness Assessment provides a self-assessment tool for healthcare practices to evaluate HIPAA, cybersecurity, and AI governance readiness. Results include scores, risk analysis, and action plans. This is not legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance with HIPAA or other regulations.
Accounts and access
Assessment results are accessed via a unique link generated when you complete the assessment. Keep your results link private. We may add authenticated accounts in a future release.
Payments
One-time and subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled per Stripe and our support policy — contact assessments@hipaa-assessment.com.
Add-on services
Expert Policy Review and Compliance Pulse are described at purchase. Delivery timelines and scope may evolve; we will communicate material changes to active customers.
Email communications
By requesting an assessment link you agree to receive transactional emails related to your assessment. Marketing outreach includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email us to opt out.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions you make based on assessment output, OCR enforcement, breaches, or third-party vendor actions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
